My wife Kelly and I moved to the MS Gulf Coast in 2016, after living in St. Louis, MO for 12years. Upon arrival, we discovered we were going to have our 1st son, Silas, and in 2019 our family was completed with the addition of our 2nd son, Atlas. We purchased and renovated a home in Gulfport, MS, in 2018. My undergraduate degree is in Finance from Roosevelt University in Chicago, followed by earning my Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis. During my 3 rd year, I followed my passion for Real Estate, and began buying properties in St Louis City. Over the course of 8 years, I developed with investor partners over 400 units and 65 properties, gaining experience in Historic Renovation, Tax Increment Financing, Brownfield Tax Credits, Property Management, 1031 exchanges, and creative financing. Since moving to the Coast, I have worked with my wife to renovate and operate numerous Short and Long Term Rentals and have gained knowledge on the nuances of navigating the local municipalities with Short Term Rentals. As our sons are progressing through school, I have decided to expand my professional experience to be a REALTOR.
