Thomas Lyons REALTOR®
Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Thomas graduated from Mississippi State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, and in 2007, went on to earn a master’s degree in sports administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
His lifelong passion for sports has no doubt fueled his education, career, and lifestyle to date. But growing up, Thomas also had the opportunity to closely observe his mom, Tanya, and her fellow agents, which sparked his increasing interest in real estate.
In 2013, Thomas obtained his real estate license and began working for Gollott Lyons as a part-time agent while also coaching football and teaching at St. Martin High School in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
After 12 years in the education system, Thomas now joins his mom, brother Patrick, and step-father Burton in the family real estate business full-time.
Through his school and community experiences over the years, and after contracting the construction of his home in 2015, Thomas knows first-hand what it takes to help buyers, sellers, and builders alike.
Thomas and his wife Claire live in D’Iberville with their French Bulldog/Boston Terrier mix puppy, Betty. In his spare time, Thomas loves to travel, hunt, fish, play golf, and visit Starkville often for all things Mississippi State.
He also enjoys researching property listings daily to stay on top of the ever-changing local, regional, and national real estate markets.
Thomas’s deep gulf coast roots, as well as his passion for people and homes, make him the ideal fit for any client.
He looks forward to helping you with your specific real estate needs.
